By consolidating shipments and cutting out intermediary steps, we significantly reduce the CO2 emissions associated with traditional distribution methods. While this approach may result in slightly longer shipping times, it helps us minimise our carbon footprint and contribute to a more sustainable future. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Calculated Shipping Rates:Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Simple Flat Rate Shipping:We offer free shipping to the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, and Australia.
International Shipping
Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Import Duties and Taxes
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. These charges are incurred by the recipient and are beyond our control. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential fees. Please be aware that VAT is already included in the price of the products.
Order Tracking
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number that you can use to track your order's status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 to 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@modahaven.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
